Function : Marketing/Marketing Fragrances
Contract : Permanent contract
Position description :
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creation and development of marketing materials to support the sales and creative teams, as well as attend industry events, present to clients and provide internal communications and updates
Your responsibilities will include;
• Build and update market reviews for assigned product categories
• Work on client portfolios, analyse their brands and strategies, run gap analysis
• Support fragrance creation by designing olfactive pyramids and mood boards with inspirational storytelling
• Analyse regional & global trends in fine fragrance, beauty and home care categories, implement relevant trends for our clients
• Track and report new product launches & be responsible for the purchase
• Work with consumer research agencies when needed to get an in-depth understanding of market trends and demands
• When required, collaborate with colleagues across other regions by reporting local trends and activities
• When necessary, use marketing presentations from different regions and adapt for the relevant market
• Partner with sales to provide market insights and attend customer meetings
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing or consumer insights role in a related industry, or product management within a fragrance or beauty company
• Have a keen eye for fragrance, beauty, knowledge of the latest trends and fashion
• Turkish and English are required: written & oral
• An eye and basic skill for design are a must
• Well organized, hard-worker and good at following tasks independently with capacity to analyse and synthetize with rigor
• Creative & with an aesthetic sensitiveness, proactive, curious & connected
• Writing and storytelling strengths
Minimum level of education required : 4. Master’s degree
