About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Executive to work for Toyota & Lexus in Dubai. Reporting to the Aftersales Operations Manager, you will responsible and acts as a link connecting departments, vendors, and staff members focusing on providing support to organize, supervise, and facilitate the work among employees, as well as provide specialized support to track progress and timelines, communication, developing standard operating procedures (SOP’s), and improving service levels of different business verticals that provide supports to Toyota-Lexus Aftersales (PDI, Standards, Call Center, Pricing, Bodyshop).
You will maintain the org structure of all aftersales branches, monitor the capacity planning, ensure timely follow up of leavers and joiners to ensure that process is followed up, monitor and support with system access/ changes and monitor Covid cases and protocol compliance
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualification, skills and experience:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in business administration and experience with premium automotive brand is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft office mainly in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Strong planning, organizing skills, with good attention to detail
- Preferably, the candidate should be familiar with Toyota & Lexus processes and systems
- Excellent command and fluency in spoken and written English is a must
