Assistant Accountant Full Time
We are hiring an Assistant Accountant , who will be providing accounting support to multiple companies across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining books of accounts for assigned client companies
Record daily financial transactions, invoices, and expenses
Prepare payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal entries
Support accounts payable and receivable activities
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Support in VAT records and VAT return preparation
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing
Coordinate with clients for required accounting documents
Assist senior accountant during monthly and year-end closing
Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations
