Assistant Director of Food and Beverage – The Cove Rotana Resort Rotana

Summary:
The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for supporting the Director in all aspects of managing the food and beverage operations within an establishment. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and assisting in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and productivity.

Job Responsibility:
– Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations.
– Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
– Assist in developing menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive revenue.
– Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products are sourced at competitive prices.
– Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
– Monitor and analyze financial data, including budgeting and cost control measures.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
– Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and food and beverage management software.
– Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
