We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our hotel’s culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality baked goods, breads, pastries, and desserts, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation according to the hotel’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Follow recipes and maintain quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and baked products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
Monitor inventory and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
Collaborate with the culinary team to meet hotel guests’ expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a hotel or professional kitchen.
Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and kitchen hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and passion for quality.
Team player with a professional attitude.
