Summary:
As a Bellboy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by assisting with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and ensuring a memorable stay at the hotel.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
2. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
3. Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
4. Handle special requests from guests such as arranging transportation or making reservations.
5. Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and entrance area.
6. Assist with valet parking services.
7. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.

Candidate Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy luggage.
6. Knowledge of local area attractions and services.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
