Bellboy – The Cove Rotana Resort Rotana

Summary:
We are seeking a Bellboy to join our team and assist guests with their luggage and provide exceptional customer service during their stay at our establishment.

Job Responsibility:
– Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
– Assist guests with their luggage to and from their rooms
– Provide information to guests about hotel facilities and services
– Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas
– Ensure the security of guests’ belongings and personal items
– Assist in valet parking services when needed

Candidate Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage
