Job Opportunity: Call Center Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE
Join our dynamic team in Dubai as a Call Center Agent! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Process orders, payments, and returns accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to call center procedures and protocols.
Continuously strive to improve customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in computer and typing skills.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
