Camp Boss (Construction) Full Time
We are looking for Camp Boss who will do the following roles:
Manage and supervise daily operations of the labor accommodation (camp)
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
Monitor worker discipline, attendance, and welfare
Coordinate with HR, PRO, and site management regarding manpower issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HSE standards
Handle accommodation records, room allocation, and camp inventory
Resolve workers’ issues and report incidents to management
Coordinate food services, transportation, and basic camp logistics
