Summary:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes.
2. Supervise and train junior chefs in your section.
3. Ensure cleanliness and organization in your section.
4. Monitor and control stock levels and wastage.
5. Assist with menu planning and development.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
2. Culinary education and relevant certifications.
3. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
