Summary:
As a Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibility:
1. Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Monitor financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
3. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
5. Manage financial audits and tax filings.
6. Supervise a team of accountants and provide training and guidance.
7. Analyze financial data and present findings to management.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Professional certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
3. Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
