The Opportunity
The Child Protection and MHPSS (CP & MHPSS) Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of SC Child Protection and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support programs in the Gaziantep area office. S/he will take responsibility for implementation of high quality, effective and efficient integrated CP and MHPSS response. S/he will be responsible to coordinate effectively with the implementing partners, technical sectoral specialists, operations teams to ensure strong communication and timely flow of work. S/he will ensure that SC CP & MHPSS interventions adhere to interagency global and regional CP and MHPSS standards/guidelines. In addition, s/he will oversee regular, high-quality monitoring and reporting of the program and support utilization of data and program feedback to improve and shape program.
The Child Protection & MHPSS Program Manager will be also expected to lead on representation, project planning, coordination, and support fundraising, recruitment, and procurement. Together with the CP & MHPSS team, the post holder is expected to assess, monitor and document gaps in existing services and innovate ways to strengthen the child protection system.
