In today’s dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Marketing team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape. The Consumer Experience Specialist is an innovation role that focuses on emerging capabilities around brand experience acceleration- CRM and Social Commerce.
What will you do?
Customer Relationship Management (50%)
- Define the CRM strategy for South ASEAN Hub (SAH), in a way that fits within the hub’s overall IBE and digital strategy – approach, methodologies, frameworks and tools.
- Be responsible to deliver CRM roadmap and building blocks, infrastructure and tech stack journey linked to over all brand experience ecosystem
- Focuses on 1st party acquisition, conversion and understanding customer lifetime value for personalisation, retargeting and future marketing strategy building.
- Launch a best-in-class CRM program that addresses 1st party acquisition leveraging on 3rd party platforms working closely with division, brand, ecommerce and retail environment teams.
- Gatekeep 1st party data hub that aggregates various touchpoint acquisition points.
- Work with Legal and Regulatory teams for data privacy, security, brand safety and GDPR.
- Educate internal teams on the role and methodology for CRM within the organization.
Social Commerce (30%)
- Work closely with Social Commerce Lead in identifying elements and building blocks for engagement and conversion objectives.
- Content and Consumer Engagement strategist to achieve full funnel social performance metrics.
- Execute social driven campaigns that not only drive engagement but 1st party collection and sales conversion.
- Partner with our digital agencies, as well as our internal teams (Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Brand teams, Division teams) to deliver a sound social media and social commerce strategy to deliver business results
- Build capabilities of both Marketing and broader teams through training, knowledge sharing and other key engagements.
Emerging Capabilities (20%)
- Identify 3rd party partners, new tech stacks and solutions to deliver CRM, 1st party and social commerce objectives.
- Test and learn campaigns in the new platforms and scale to relevant markets.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Possess deep understanding of digital platforms with operational knowledge of community management across email, social, website, etc.
- Proven experience in CRM / direct marketing environment, preferably with experience in acquisition and retention marketing
- Data-driven, with proven analytical capability to formulate and translate insights into action with measurable results
- Experienced in the development and implementation of overall strategy with proven project management skills
- A highly accountable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently
- Strong communication skills with ability to raise consensus across all levels and functions
- Experimental mindset, pragmatic yet innovative, and entrepreneurial
