Summary:
We are seeking a Credit Supervisor to oversee our credit department and ensure the efficient operation of credit functions within our organization.

Job Responsibility:
– Supervise and lead a team of credit analysts to assess creditworthiness of customers and evaluate credit applications.
– Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate credit risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
– Monitor and manage the organization’s overall credit exposure and collections process.
– Review credit limits and terms for customers and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
– Handle escalated customer credit issues and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
– Generate reports on credit performance and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in credit management.

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven work experience as a Credit Supervisor or similar role in credit management.
– Strong understanding of credit principles, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit management software.
