We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle client inquiries, provide support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and service requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports
• Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution
• Provide product and service information clearly
• Meet daily performance and service targets
Eligibility:
