Customer Development Manager – Vet (Hong Kong, HK, CN) Full Time
No Relocation Assistance Offered
This role is responsible for planning and implementing sales and business plans for vet channel customers i.e. achieve agreed sales and volume targets, space, assortment and promotional exposure goals.

Ensure that Hill’s Pet Nutrition is the strategic partner of choice in small animal nutrition of pet retailers

Align with Hill’s business plan and strategy to work with customers in JBP.

Develop and support the partnership between Hill’s Pet Nutrition and the customer(s), helping to align category and brand strategies and shopper strategies to increase demand and customer support for our profitable growth.

Ensure products into the store, off the shelf, and into the home of consumers cost effectively and more efficiently than our competition. It encompasses both offline and online key customers, omni accounts, independent accounts and field management responsibility.

Build Hill’s Pet Nutrition and the Customer’s mutual business, and working together to satisfy target consumer/shopper needs

Playe an integral role in ensuring profitable growth team leadership including but not limited to: Set team’s objectives (within the local Go-to-Market, Sales Strategy and Global Customer Strategy framework)

Manage weekly meetings in which the team’s mission and objectives are reviewed to ensure progress and alignment towards overall company goals

Explore and identify business opportunities and set models.

Build strong team on the ground for best service to meet customer satisfactions
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business, Pharmaceuticals, Veterinary Science or similar field is strongly recommended. MBA is a plus.

Experience & understanding of veterinary and pet markets ,Veterinarian Technical and Product knowledge preferred

Field management, strategy planning and execution experience in animal health, pharmaceutical or any other professional environment

Experience of leading a team with people management experience strategic sales planning and execution experience in animal health, pharmaceutical or any other professional environment.

Familiarity with Pet food business is a plus
