We are hiring a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
Provide accurate information about products or services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response to requests
Update customer information in the system accurately
Support daily customer service operations
