Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness. The role primarily focuses on India, Australia, ASEAN markets, but is inclusive of China

Main Responsibilities:

•  Familiarized yourself with the proposed business capability setup and suggest adjustments to hubs
•  Develop relationships with the IBE and Digital Commerce teams and broader stakeholders across the organization locally, regionally and globally
•  Develop group initial best practices to guide our agencies on Digital Commerce strategy/execution
•  Support and get involved with on-going Data and Performance Marketing initiatives
•  Establish contact and relationships with agency, platform and key technology partners
•  Create and executed a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan based on a new brief
•  Analyze data, generate insights and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance
•  Assist on monthly budget planning and make decision on channel allocation
• Manage campaigns together with agency partners
• Integrate digital marketing activities into the overall marketing funnel. Remove silos
•  Identify and test new channels
•  Run campaigns leveraging audience segments and 1P data
•  Assist on budget estimation and initiative planning for the upcoming year
•  Create a full funnel report for a specific campaign across channels
•  Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
•  Enhancing programmatic, search and other channel outcomes
•  Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
•  Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
•  Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & owned media channels
•  Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Drawing conclusions and building recommendations based on data analysis
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Designing and implementation of marketing automation
• Cooperating with other departments and external suppliers
• Taking care of the quality of the tasks performed

Required Qualifications:

• You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of e-marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, DV360, TradeDesk
• You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, display, programmatic and other digital channels.

• You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
• You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
• You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
• You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
