We are seeking organized and responsible Dispatchers to manage daily delivery operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries and pickups
• Assign routes to drivers and monitor delivery progress
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery status
• Maintain delivery records and reports
• Handle driver queries and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
• Support logistics and warehouse teams when required
Eligibility:
• Experience and freshers can apply
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work shifts and flexible hours
