Document Controller contract
We are seeking a highly organized Document Controller to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will manage, organize, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, proper version control, and compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all project documents including drawings, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate filing and documentation system (electronic and hard copy).
Ensure proper version control and timely distribution of documents to relevant project teams.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to obtain, review, and archive documents.
Track document revisions and maintain records of approvals and submittals.
Support audits and quality control processes by providing accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO standards (if applicable).
