E-commerce Manager (m/f/d)
Position:
- Developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth
- Facilitating communication and collaboration between technical, marketing, and sales teams
- Managing and optimizing the website to ensure a positive user experience, including providing recommendations for new features and functionalities
- Applying a data-driven approach to evaluate consumer behavior within the digital environment and recommending solutions that address consumer needs while contributing to overall business growth
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of experience in e-commerce or UX related roles preferably in highly regulated segments
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify etc.)
- Ability to turn complex technical things into simple language
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
