EHS Coordinator – Centro Olaya Centro Olaya

Summary:
The EHS Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the organization. They will develop and implement policies and programs to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly workplace.

Job Responsibility:
– Develop and implement EHS policies and programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
– Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
– Train employees on proper safety procedures and protocols
– Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
– Maintain records of incidents, injuries, and safety performance
– Collaborate with management to address any safety concerns and make necessary improvements
– Stay up-to-date on new regulations and industry best practices

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
– Proven experience working in EHS compliance and regulations
– Strong knowledge of local EHS laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and training skills
– Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
– Certification in EHS (e.g. OSHA) is a plus.
