Energy and Automation Engineer

Position:
As the Energy and Automation Engineer, you will:
- Manage daily Energy, automation, and electrical activities across the facility
- Lead a team responsible for executing checklists, identifying gaps, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Oversee all maintenance contracts under your remit and ensure compliance with required standards
- Prepare reports, analytics, and energy performance KPIs while raising concerns proactively
Requirements:
- BSc in Engineering (Electrical Engineering)
- Excellent knowledge of Energy management, automation, and project management
- PMP certification is a plus
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of Arabic & English (spoken and written)
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Strong inspection, planning, and scheduling capabilities
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent project management skills (timeline, budget, resource management)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments
