Enterprise Digital Architect
What this position is about – Purpose:
The role is focused on the optimal technology design of core Customer/consumer facing and Digital Sales solutions according to JTI’s business requirements and ensuring optimal positioning of related Marketing & Sales (M&S) solutions.
This position is responsible for developing the 3+ year CRM & Digital Sales Solution architecture roadmaps for JTI’s M&S Core Capabilities, ensuring both its long-term operational efficiency and sustainability.
He/she works with the relevant vendors to understand software tool capabilities, product development roadmaps and influence the vendor’s product development and direction.
He/she develops recommendations and guidelines, including the associated pros and cons, for CRM & Digital Sales solutions and other relevant tools to meet business needs.
He/she assists to Business Technology Services (BTS) and Global Development Center ( GDC) teams in the solution design validation, functional and technical inter-dependencies assessments.
He/she ensures JTI’s CRM and Digital Sales strategies are consistent with global IT strategies and objectives, business requirements and results in the maximization of CRM Platform usage in JTI.
He/she support the EA lead and contribute to the establishment and reinforcement of the EA practice at JTI, leveraging the EA framework principle, reference model and tools.
