Job Summary (purpose)

The job entails working with the business HR team of Global Information Technology on various human resource initiatives. The primary responsibility is to support the business HR team in driving campus recruitment & engagement, employee engagement, providing data driven support & analytics, joining formalities of new hires.

Main Responsibilities

1. Campus hiring & Engagement –

• Support business HR team to drive the campus process; conducting technical, group discussion and personal interviews
• Communicates and coordinates with various colleges to get the best slots for organization
• Coordinate with business teams for annual probation assessment of campus hires
• Support and ensure the documentations related with offers, joining and probation assessment

1. Employee Engagement –

• Support in driving various employee engagement, DE&I and live better initiatives for GIT and the organization
• Help in planning, coordination and extend support in scheduling these initiatives in timely manner

1. Induction & Joining Formalities –

• Provide all support necessary in driving induction and orientation for new employees
• Coordinate and process joining formalities for interns and campus hires

1. Data Support and Analytics –

• Collect, analyze data as and when needed to improve process and practices
• Provide data driven insights to the business HR team

1. Project Support –

• Provide support in driving and implementation of key projects – onboarding, launch technical assessment etc

Required Qualification:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR field in the areas of campus hiring, employee engagement, onboarding and data analytics
• Graduate, preferably Master degree in Human Resources
• Excellent verbal and Written Communication
