Facility Maintenance Technician Full Time

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of building facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs of facilities
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Maintain building systems and equipment in good working condition
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed
• Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Report major faults and recommend solutions
• Support general facility operations

Eligibility:
• Experience and freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor technical issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
