FINANCE INTERN
We are looking for a Finance Intern for a position located in Casablanca and report to the Financial Controller Manager.
The Finance Intern will support the controlling team with accounts payable management and invoice processing and assist in running entity and market controls to help ensure accuracy and compliance in day-to-day operations.
What you will be doing:
• Assist in managing accounts payable: submission of invoices, follow-up on bookings and payments.
• Support the execution of internal controls• Contribute to key vendor reconciliations and help resolve invoice-related issues.
• Maintain proper archiving of hard copy and electronic financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of the GRIR (Goods Received/Invoice Received) report.
• Support other accounting tasks as requested by the Finance team.
Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
