The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial administration of FYF. The Finance Manager will ensure accuracy on financial documentation, in coordination with other members of the finance team, manage finance controls, and oversee all reporting and auditing. We are looking for an individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of religious minorities recovering from genocide who believes in the importance and value of civil society organizations, trauma treatment, justice and accountability, and women’s rights. The Finance Manager will report to the Executive Director and will manage the Back Office Manager, Finance Associate, and Field Finance Manager. (S)he will be expected to work remotely.

Base of Operations: Remote
Start Date: 1 July 2023
Daily Routine: The Finance Manager will be overseen by the Executive Director. (S)he will be expected to work from 8:00-16:00 if based in EST or 10:30-18:30 if based in GMT+3. Flexibility may be given to work a mix of EST and AST working hours.
