What you will do
Key Accountability 1: Engineering activities
Responsible for :
- Preparation of Method of statements/ITP’s/RA’s/Check Lists
- Reviewing the Design Drawings/Specifications/Contracts
- Preparation of As Built/OM’s/Handing over documents
Client/consultant co-ordination
- Co-ordinating with the main contractor & client
- Attending the technical/progress meetings
- Handling the daily activities of site.
- Monitor the progress of the installations closely.
- Collect consultant approval for the executed works
Project handing over & Authorities approvals
- Preparation of handing over documents
- Attending the authorities inspections
- Collection of the client taking over final certificate
Required Skills to be successful:
Job-Specific Skills:
- Dubai Civil Defence certified engineer
- High communication skills.
- Working under pressure.
What equips you for the role:
Minimum Qualifications , Certification and Knowledge:
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Fire Fighting/Fire Alarm projects
1 year of experience in GCC
