Foreman Full Time
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Head of Labor / Foreman to oversee and manage the workforce on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards of safety and productivity, and supervise the team to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers on-site.
Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
Report daily work progress, issues, and feedback to management.
Maintain records of workforce attendance, materials used, and project updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing labor teams, preferably in construction, maintenance, or related fields.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good communication skills to manage teams effectively.
Ability to solve problems on-site and make decisions quickly.
Knowledge of safety procedures and labor regulations.
