Foreman contract
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to oversee daily site operations, manage workforce activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
The ideal candidate will lead teams on-site, monitor progress, and coordinate with management and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and manage workers and subcontractors
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
Monitor productivity and ensure project timelines are met
Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on site
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site staff
Allocate tasks, provide guidance, and resolve site issues
Maintain daily site reports and workforce attendance records
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or technical certificate in construction or related field
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Foreman
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
Ability to read drawings and work plans
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in civil, MEP, or finishing works
Knowledge of site safety regulations
UAE experience is an advantage
