A national first aid trainer
You will join a team for whom mutual aid and sharing are present on a daily basis!
MISSION 1: Facilitate civil security training sessions
Co-design educational resources in close collaboration with the national educational team and the team of training officers
Ensure the logistical and educational preparation of the session
Lead training for lifeguards, first aiders and first aiders in compliance with the technical and pedagogical recommendations in accordance with the educational project of the French Red Cross
Ensure the administrative and pedagogical follow-up of the participants before, during and after the training using the documents made available by the French Red Cross
Carries out the maintenance of the educational material in strict compliance with health and safety rules;
Ensures the administrative follow-up of training: keeping attendance sheets, the certification file for the delivery of First Aid training certificates
Adapt the duration and content of training according to the specific needs of customers, it may also be required to prospect and /or to retain customers by developing its activity.
Monitor participants’ participation during the remote phase
Animate the community of participants during the remote phase
MISSION 2: Animate the community of civil security trainers and first aid team members
Identifier les besoins des équipiers secouristes et des formateurs premiers secours
Nourrir la communauté par des ressources
Organiser des classes virtuelles thématiques avec des intervenants internes ou externes pour répondre aux besoins
Appuyer l’équipe de conception digitale sur les contenus techniques
Assurer l’accompagnement des formateurs et des équipiers secouristes
MISSION 3 : Appuyer le déploiement et animer des sessions de formations internes
Animer des formations internes dans le respect des recommandations techniques et pédagogiques en accord avec le projet pédagogique de la Croix-Rouge française
Participer aux expérimentations pédagogiques menées par le pôle formation
Participer à des expérimentations pour favoriser le déploiement des formations
Assurer la préparation logistique et pédagogique de la session
Assurer le suivi administratif et pédagogiques des participants avant, pendant et après la formation en utilisant les documents mis à disposition par la Croix-Rouge française
Assure le suivi administratif des formations : il tient les feuilles de présence, le dossier de certification pour la remise des attestations
Adapter la durée et le contenu des formations en fonction des besoins spécifiques des participants
Suivre la participation des participants pendant la phase à distance
Animer la communauté des participants pendant la phase à distance
Déplacements en région et au siège.
Travail possible soir et week-end
Titulaire du certificat de compétences de formateur premiers secours à jour de formation continue
Etre titulaire du certificat de compétence de formateur de formateur à jour de formation continue est un plus
Savoir-faire:
Maîtrise des compétences pédagogiques
Animation d’un groupe en formation
Posture tutorale pour l’accompagnement à distance des participants
Maîtrise de l’organisation du travail en autonomie et gestion des priorités ;
Intérêt pour le travail en équipe et la collaboration ;
Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base et des outils de travail collaboratifs.
Maîtrise des outils de conception de formation asynchrone (rise, genially…)
Maîtrise des outils de conception de formation synchrone (Google Slides…)
