We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator who will be responsible for managing front office operations, greeting visitors, and providing administrative and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
Handle front desk administrative tasks and documentation
Maintain visitor records and office logs
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Ensure the reception area is clean and well-presented
Provide general customer service support
