We are hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage front office operations, welcome visitors, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves handling calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors and clients courteously
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
• Manage appointments and meeting schedules
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain front desk records and visitor logs
• Support administrative and office tasks
Eligibility:
• Experience and freshers can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Well-presented, organized, and responsible
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
