Ground Staff Full Time
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Ground Staff to provide operational support at the airport.
The candidate will assist passengers, coordinate with airline operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of airport services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
Manage baggage handling and documentation
Coordinate with airline operations, security, and other departments
Ensure passenger safety and comfort in terminals and boarding areas
Provide information and support regarding flights, services, and facilities
Maintain records, reports, and logs as per company policy
Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures
Support special assistance requests (elderly, disabled, VIP passengers)
