We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to ensure an excellent guest experience and handle all guest interactions smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
Maintain guest records and service reports
Promote hotel services and facilities to guests
