We are hiring a Guest Relations Officer who will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a positive experience, and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay or visit.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
Coordinate with different departments to fulfill guest needs
Manage check-in/check-out or visitor registration (if applicable)
Provide information about services, facilities, and policies
Monitor guest feedback and report issues when necessary
Maintain a professional and presentable front office area
