Summary:
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and assisting with any guest requests.

Job Responsibility:
– Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
– Handle guest check-outs efficiently and accurately
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
– Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Process payments and assist with billing inquiries

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
– Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
