Host / Hostess – Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach Rotana

Summary:
As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment in the establishment.

Job Responsibility:
– Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
– Seat guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth flow of the service.
– Monitor table occupancy and keep track of reservations to optimize seating capacity.
– Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage the waiting list.
– Assist in setting up and clearing tables, as needed.
– Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials and promotions.
– Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the entrance area and dining room.

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or similar customer service role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Customer-oriented and able to provide exceptional service.
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
