Hotel Concierge Full Time

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Concierge to assist guests with reservations, transportation, tour bookings, and personalized services to ensure an exceptional hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide information about hotel services
• Assist with restaurant, travel, and entertainment bookings
• Arrange transportation, tours, and special requests
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
• Coordinate with hotel departments for guest support
• Maintain records of guest preferences and requests
• Ensure high standards of customer service

Eligibility:
• Experience and freshers with strong customer service skills can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Well-presented, polite, and service-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
