Hotel Operations Supervisor Full Time
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise front office, housekeeping, and daily operations
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
Monitor staff performance and schedules
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage teams
Good knowledge of hotel procedures and customer service
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
