We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front office, housekeeping, and service staff
Ensure smooth daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards are maintained
Coordinate with management for reports and operations
