Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
2. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness.
3. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
4. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
5. Schedule housekeeping staff and assign tasks.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Certification in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
