We are hiring an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across project sites and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs
Monitor daily site activities to ensure safe work practices
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
Ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with safety standards
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors on HSE matters
Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records
Enforce compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements
Support emergency response, drills, and corrective actions
