Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation, such as contracts and agreements.
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture activities.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
