Summary:
The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure within the organization.

Job Responsibility:
– Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
– Manage and monitor all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
– Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
– Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
– Troubleshoot IT issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
– Manage IT projects, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
– Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or a similar role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
– Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement effective solutions
– Project management experience is a plus
