In de functie van Process Operator zorg je samen met je collega’s voor het bewerken van grondstoffen tot halffabrikaten conform het productieplan en de aangegeven specificaties. De nadruk binnen de functie ligt op de procesbesturing en procesbewaking van de extruders. Het monitoren van het proces doe je zowel handmatig als via de computer. Je zorgt tevens voor het opstarten, instellen, controleren en afdraaien van extruders. Daarnaast voer je productcontroles uit, pleeg je onderhoud aan de machines en verhelp je storingen. Ook het verzorgen van een correcte, administratieve verwerking van productiegegevens en kwaliteitscontroles behoort tot de werkzaamheden. De functie wordt uitgevoerd in 3-ploegendienst.
Wat vragen wij?
- Opleiding op Operator B niveau of hiervoor studerend
- Bereid tot het volgen van een intern opleidingsprogramma
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Operator in een productieomgeving
- Technisch inzicht en initiatief
- In staat om in teamverband te werken
