Legal Specialist

As a Legal Specialist, you will:

• Manage legal documents and contract lifecycle end-to-end – including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with approved templates, while coordinating closely with stakeholders.
• Lead corporate governance and legal operations support – including preparation of corporate housekeeping documents (e.g., Minutes, Secretary’s Certificates, POAs), managing legal workflows, and maintaining compliance records and logs.
• Oversee government and regulatory coordination – ensuring timely and accurate processing of permits, licenses, and filings, while acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and external regulators.
• Support compliance across marketing and business activities – by conducting preliminary legal screening of marketing and digital materials, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment before release.
• Provide legal research, compliance assessments, and project coordination – by identifying regulatory requirements, flagging risks, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to ensure compliant business execution.

Requirements: 

• College graduate in any of the following:

  • Law (JD graduate or law student nearing completion)
  • Legal Management
  • Other related courses with relevant legal or administrative exposure
• At least 2–3 years of experience in legal support, paralegal work, compliance coordination, or regulatory documentation. Experience in a law firm or multinational company is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Filipino, especially for coordination with local authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and potential risks in documents
• Basic understanding of legal terminology, regulatory processes, and compliance requirements
• Highly organized and proactive in managing tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word is essential; Excel and PowerPoint for tracking/reporting)
• Familiarity with legal technology tools (e.g., Copilot) is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Willing to do minimal onsite or field work when needed (e.g., government offices)
