We are hiring a Logistics Supervisor who is, responsible for managing logistics activities for multiple client companies.
The candidate should be organized, proactive, and experienced in supervising logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day logistics and distribution operations for assigned clients
Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and dispatch schedules
Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, and documentation
Manage and supervise drivers, helpers, and warehouse staff
Ensure timely delivery of goods as per client requirements
Prepare and maintain logistics reports, delivery notes, and records
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal operations teams
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and UAE regulations
Handle logistics-related issues, delays, and escalations
Optimize routes and processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency
