WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT – PURPOSE
To involve in cigarette manufacturing activities and ensure the quality of products, cigarette manufacturing materials and other related activities are in accordance to the standard established by the organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO – RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the cigarette making/packing process by operating ancillary equipments, handling materials (packaging, semi-finish, finished goods, others), doing packing activities and system transactions within set company standards.
Ensure working environment is safe and take preventive measures by having safety awareness at all circumstances and following safety operation procedures.
Practice good housekeeping by meeting 5S requirement and practice environmental protection activities. Practice good housekeeping, ensure a clean and tidy workplace as well as adhere to all safety procedures.
Participate in Kaizen activities that organized by the Company for better improvement. Make improvement suggestions as necessary using proper format and process.
Openly communicate with superior and other team members to ensure smooth running of operation and suggest ideas for improvement by using appropriate channel, format and process.
